How we got here
We started as a small engineering team building internal tools for trade and consumer-electronics businesses. The work kept repeating: the same order flows, the same multilingual sites, the same reporting gaps.
So we stopped rebuilding and started building the platform underneath. Today that platform — OCPS — runs five live products of our own and several client systems. It is why a new site or a new agent ships in weeks instead of quarters.
We stay small on purpose. A few senior engineers, one point of contact, and no layer between you and the people writing the code.

Scope before code
You approve a written scope and a fixed price before anyone writes a line.
Weekly visible progress
A working demo every week. If it is not demoed, it does not count as done.
You own everything
Code, data, accounts and infrastructure are in your name at handover.
Say no when it is wrong
If AI is the wrong tool for your case, we will tell you before you pay for it.
