What does an AI agent project cost?
A focused agent — one workflow, one or two data sources — usually starts around US$6,000–12,000. Multi-agent systems with several integrations are quoted after a scoping call, and you always receive a fixed price before work begins.
How long does a project take?
A prototype running on your real data within two weeks. A production system with evaluation, integrations and handover typically takes 4–8 weeks. Websites of the kind we build go live in days, not quarters.
Which AI models do you use?
We are model-agnostic. Hosted models from OpenAI, Anthropic or Qwen, or open-weight models on your own GPU when data cannot leave your premises. The model layer stays swappable so you are not locked in.
Do we own the code and the data?
Yes. Source code, prompts, evaluation sets, documentation, cloud accounts and domains are all transferred to your ownership at handover. There is no proprietary licence and no runtime dependency on us.
How do you handle data privacy and security?
Data stays in the region you choose, access is least-privilege, and secrets live in environment configuration rather than in code. We sign an NDA before scoping and can work entirely inside your own cloud account if you require it.
Can you work with a team in another time zone?
Yes. We are in Shenzhen (GMT+8) and work daily with clients in Europe, North America and Asia. WhatsApp gives you a fast channel with WuXuan, and we schedule calls in your working hours.
