OCPS — an enterprise automation and AI integration platform

The problem

Every client project started by rebuilding the same foundations: accounts, payments, messaging, content, analytics, admin panels. That overhead was swallowing margin and slowing delivery.

What we built

We wrote the foundation once, as a product. OCPS is a multi-tenant platform where each application has no database of its own — data lives in shared platform services addressed by app id, with a signed gateway in front.

• 27 backend services behind one authenticated gateway
• Applications with zero local database — everything is platform data
• Built-in modules for payments, membership, points, messaging, content, categories, media, themes, search and analytics
• A code generator and templates so a new product starts from a working base
• An AI runtime used by several products for chat and generation features
• A developer console with app provisioning, credentials, scopes and domain management

Result

• Five of our own products run on it in production, each in eight languages
• New client work starts from a running platform instead of an empty repository
• Marginal cost of adding the next application is close to zero

Why it matters to a client

When we quote a project, we are not promising to reinvent infrastructure. We are configuring and extending something that already carries live traffic.

We are not a services company that writes software. We are a platform team that takes client work on top of its own product.
